Vector Field with based on radial coordinates and a radial vector

Hi all,

I have two arrays of dimensions m-by-1 (m = angle increments), 'Vradial' and 'Vangular', representing the radial and angular components of a vector. The mth element of these arrays is the value of the vector at polar coordinates (r,θ)=(R,m*(Δθ)), where Δθ is the angle increment and R a constant. Is it possible create a plot vector plot with this information?
