How to plot a Multi Region Input Output plot?

I am working on a model through which I have to indicate the flows from several parts of the world to the other parts of the world. I want to depict the flow magnitudes in an understandable way. I have attached a figure for your reference about the type of plot I need for depicting my model . Is it possible to plot such stuff on MATLAB? Kindly help me about how to plot such graphs.
