How to align two noise signals with different phases?

Hello,

I have the two signals as shown below.

These two signals are sound signal and they carry the same information, however they are slightly dephased plus there is a noise addition. I am trying to align the phases of these two signals. Just finding the maxima won't work because these are very noisy signals. Is there something that can be done exploiting the FT?
