Lablepoints create name with variable

Hello,
simple question:
SNR =
-30 -15 0 15 30
I want:
SNR_Name =
'SNR = -30' 'SNR = -15'......
to put it in lablepoits function
how can I do it? strcat dont helps.

SNR_Name = compose('SNR = %d', SNR)
