appdesigner tiledlayout plot does not have zoom etc toolbar

Hi Matlab community

I am creating an app with appdesigner. I am using a tiled layout to neatly position figures. However, when using the tiled layout I can not get the zoom toolbar to appear for the user. Does anyone know how to enable the toolbards for a single tile? Here is a snippet of my code:

t = tiledlayout(app.CoordinateAccuracyPanel,3,2);
hgca=nexttile(t);       
quiver(hgca,x,y,delta_x,delta_y);
hold(hgca,'on');
plot(hgca,r*(1+sin(theta)),r*(1+cos(theta)),'-k');
axtoolbar(hgca,{'zoomin','zoomout','restoreview'})
hgca.Toolbar.Visible = 'on'

In the design window of app designer

Just click on toolbar and place it in the top

For selecting customized Icon double click on the default one provided

This is MATLAB 2020a version
