Is there any way to play a video in full screen from matlab on windows media player repeatedly?

You could use system().
On the name of the file to invoke:
https://www.windows-commandline.com/launch-windows-media-player-run-windows/
Supported command line options:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/wmp/command-line-parameters
Notice the /fullscreen option.
