Changing the stop time of simulation changes the sign of the graph seen in scope in simulink?

Hello,

I have a circuit model which I am working on where I am looking at the graph of the voltage difference between two points. When I change the length of my simulation time from 0.5 sec to 1 sec the sign of the values on the graph changes from positive to negative? What is going on here?
