MATLAB screen stuck. Please help

I have a reactivating license of the MATLAB software, on all my PCs. It was fine in all of them, however, one of the systems (which is really faster) has the following issue.

1) The screen is stuck as shown below: Next button cannot be pressed in any of the MATLAB windows.

2) Uninstalled by just randomly click Next as no buttons were visible. But now, I cannot reinstall as the screen is again stuck as before. This white screen is the only there in MATLAB (just to tell you that the system is not hung). I don't understand what to do in this case as I have a few tasks to do on high priority bases.

This was a problem in MATLAB 2019b installation. I tried MATLAB 2020 and it works.
