How to step through While Loop in Simulink?

Simulink doesn't stop in at desired conditional breakpoint inside the While Loop. It even say it hit the value, but it never pauses is in the minor step.

How to debug While loops efficiently without ability to pause simulation?

Breakpoints can be added to a particular signal using the Add Breakpoint option, under the Debug tab.
