How can i feed a thrsholded image after thermal image processing, as an input to a sun tracking system ?

Hello developers and experts,

I am currently working on a project applying thermal image processing to dual axis sun tracking system.

Attached thermal image of solar panel. I have already processed thermal image using simple colour detection by hue code from Image Analyst. Attached thresholded image for reference.

Could someone please help me figure out how this can be fed in as input to a sun tracking system.

I am to create a simulink model of the dual axis sun tracking system which tracks Sun based on the thermal image processing.
