Auto Encoder Based on Break Point Detection

Hello, I've created my model Simulink and based on the script, I've coded using my own coding to control the model for every function for the detection of fault. So, I want to apply Auto-encoder application but I don't know how to start and create the function. Can anybody enlighten me ?
