Can I test and validate S-function?

S-Function is one of the not supported Block in Simulink Design Verifier.

How Can I test and validate this block?

You can perform testing and validation by stimulating the S-function either using standard Simulink blocks and compare the results with your expectaitions or you can apply the professional testing and verification tool TPT.
