Anatomical strain calculation from 3D echocardiography

Hello all,
I have 3D displacement field of a 3D echocardiography cardiac sequence in cartesian coordinate. I need to calculate anatomical strain (i.e. longitudinal, circumferential, radial strain). Is there any public code or software for this purpose?

I do not know what you mean by picture. I have displacement field for x,y, and z dimension ( i.e. voxels' position for each frame) and I want to calculate anatomical strain similar to below figure:
