How to import Excel-data with specific format (xlsread with function_handle)?

I have an Excel-sheet containing data. I would like to import only data with a specified format into Matlab (e.g. specific colors, fontweights [bold, italic, underlined], fonts, etc.).
Is this possible? E.g. with a function handle in xlsread?
[dataNUM,dataTXT,dataRAW,dataCUSTOM]=xlsread('MyData.xlsx','','','',@text_handle)
