What is nominal pressure/angular velocity/ kinematic viscosity?

I am building a hydraulic modell in simulink and using simhydraulic. I have always a problem to find out the cerect parameters from the datasheets. for example in the parameter box of the fixed-displacement pump I do not know what the nominal pressure or nominal angular velocity are? is the nominal pressure the max presure that the pump can work with?
