Matlab works really wired on Mac

I have Matlab works really good on my Macbook Pro with Retina display. But today I opened Matlab and it seems that Matlab is not working at all. I cannot close it nor I cannot typing anything nor I cannot open any .m files.

After several trying I found out once I clicked or typing something I have to to to menue bar: Matlab/service and then and only then Matlab would react.

I don't understand this wired problem.

Please someone could tell me the solution.
