Heat flow inside 2D box

I need an advice whether this is feasible to make. Any advice and direction would be greatly appreciated.

I have a 2D box which is represented by 50x100 matrix. Every element inside the matrix is a separate heat source - in total 5000 sources.

I need to find a steady-state solution for the distribution of temperate in the box - in other words the temperature value of every element.
