database connection error with jdbc

Hello ML, I set up a database connection to sql server 2008 using an online tutorial and jdbc connection. I used it regurarly until one morning when it stopped working. Upon opening the database App in Matlab, I now receive this message (see link below). Is there an online troubleshooting guide for this message - or another resource that can help bring this back online?
