how do I check the status of a field (led) and if it is on (in the case with number 1) connect a led on esp32?

I'm new here and I'm starting, I'm developing an app to control leds, I created field 1 in the thingSpeak that will be a led, and I want in the Arduino ide to check the status of this field, if it is connected, in this case with parameter 1 I I want esp32 to send the command to turn on the led.
