Possible solution to matlab installation problem?

Why does when i install MatlabR2013/R2012b. Installation hangs(PC Lags) at some percentage so i have no choice but to repeat installation but i continuously experience the same problem.

You offer very few information only and I cannot imagine, that an answer is possible. Does the installation of both versions fail? Is there an installed Matlab version already? Do you have admin privileges? Which OS are you running? Do you find anything in the log files? How long did you wait?
