Forecasting with Neural Network

Hello every body I am working on load forecasting,and want to compare different methods of forecasting.i want to use Neural Network as a tool for forecasting,but not in such a way as in the neural network toolbox,by TIME SERIES,is there any way to use NN alone to forecast a nonlinear system?how can i do that?can any body help me please?

You will have to explain exactly what you mean by forecasting if you do not want to use time series. Use one of the following for an example
