Matlab 2013b won't install

Hello. I was trying to install Matlab. I have managed to open the download agent and download all the zip files. However, when I try to start the installation, the application exists and nothing happens. There are no setup application in the zip files either.

I forgot to mention that I am running on Windows 7 64-bit.

MathWorks installation support will have ways to determine the reasons. They may be depending by license type, operating system and release (yes, you mentioned the last ones) and it is the most efficient way just to call them.
