Classification learner app does not recognize the response variable

I have a dataset which is shown in below image.

• The classificationlearner app does not detect the responce (unique) variable.
• I have gone through the relevent questions here, but It didnot solved my problem

You can put data and responses into a ".xlsx" file

and then add a New Session by choosing "From file" rather than "From workspace"
