prediction using neural network

hi

i want to predict the values of oil production and consumption of india. i have data from 1980 to 2012. i want to predict the values till 2030. can any one suggest me the how it can be solve by neural network. or any other calcution by matlab. i have used ntstool,but the output seems like that it is not predicted value. if possible plz say how to see the prediction values.

quantitative details? sir i think the values u r asking my values are for oil production as from 1991 t0 2012 is given. i want the next set data of prediction upto year 2030. the data are 1168.33, 1190.32, 1274.91, 1311.07, 1413.27, 1574.67, 1680.92, 1765.49, 1844.37, 2031.25, 2127.44, 2188.73, 2263.44, 2346.33, 2429.62, 2512.43, 2690.9, 2800.75, 2907.65, 3007.99, 3116.22

sir please give me the total procedure and coding of neural network or tools so that i can calculate the oil consumption and population also.
