How can I force matlab to write all decimal TTT_LV = [0.0 0.04 0.064 0.08 0.1 0.128 0.16 0.256 0.32 0.48 0.512 0.64 1.024 1.28 2.56 5.12]; how to show these decimal on plot.

When you say on the plot, do you mean on the X-Axis?

If that's the case you can use xticks to change the default ticks
