CWT transformation toolbox coefficients

Dear all, I have a signal from the mass spectrometer (unique). I want to identify using transform CWT. I performed already CWT transformation. Now I want to find the best parameter a in CWT coefficients.

Do you know the functions that finds the best scale in the CWT coefficients or the way how can I do this.
