I would like to disable function hints in MATLAB command window or editor.

To prevent function hints from appearing, select File > Preferences > Keyboard , and clear the Function hints check box.
You may disable the function hints for MATLAB command window and/or MATLAB editor and debugger exclusively.
The documentation for this can be found by searching for 'Assistance While Entering Statements' in the MATLAB documentation.
