A shape resembling a shoemaker’s knife is constructed from a semicircle with diameter a with two semicircular “bites” of diameters b and .

Write a function to compute the area of this shape as well as the area of a circle with diameter c, the length of the line tangent to the two smaller semicircles and touching the edge of the largest semicircle.
