Send email to multiple Receipts
Hi, I want to send an alert to multiple email ids when a channel event occurs(for example:sensor temperature exceeds a threshold value).How can I do it?Help is highly appreciated. Thanks in Advance!

The ThingSpeak alerts system will only send messages to the account holders email. You can set a forwarding rule in your local email client, perhaps using the subject line of your ThingSpeak alert as a way to set the rule. When the client recieves a message with the appropriate subject, it forwards it to the intended group of recipients. You could use a third party service such as Twillio, IFTTT, or PushingBox, and send the trigger to them using MATLAB analysis just like you would trigger the ThingSpeak alerts system.

You can use the same trick to forward an email to using your client and the address provided by your cell provider. For example, Verizon sends an SMS to (your phone #)@vtext.com. So you send an email with a subject saying "send to SMS" from ThingSpeak, and set a rule in your email client to forward all emails with that subject to the SMS address for your phone. ThingSpeak does not have a direct SMS capability. You can also use Twillio to generate SMS from a MATLAB analysis.
