This function displays a polynomial function.

Matlab has a few functions for dealing with polynomials (polyval, polyfit, etc.), but
it lack one for displaying a polynomial on the command window.
This function does exactly this.
It expect that the polynomial function is given in input as its coefficients, specified from
the highest power to the lowest one.
If the function is called with an output argument, then the string is not displayed at screen
but returned, so as it can be displayed later.
