Linear Population Reduction SHADE (LSHADE)

It maintains a memory of the best scaling factors and crossover rates observed during the optimization process and adapts them over time

In this implementation, the LSHADE algorithm iteratively generates trial solutions, evaluates them, updates the population and memory based on their fitness values, and performs a linear population reduction.
