A simple utility function to make working with colors easier, adding a method for quick visualization.
Pass in a 1x3 RGB color vector to generate a color swatch, a small image plot showing only that color.
Accepts floating point values in the range of 0 to 1 or numbers with integer value in the range 0 to 255.
