Analysis of river bathymetry data using different interpolation methods from MATLAB's 'griddata'.

This function carries out the following tasks:

1) Imports a set of xyz scatter data, interpolates them to a uniform mesh, where the user defines the interpolation method and mesh resolution.

2) Creates contour and 3D figures of the results and saves them as separate MATLAB figures.

3) Exports a text data file 'Interpolated_Scatter.xyz' of the mesh, not including NaN results from the griddata function output.

An example scatter data set 'Scatter.dat' has been included.
