The attached MATLAB script allows the user to select an area of interest in a test image and generate a binary image of a specified color in that area of interest. This code uses the HSV color spectrum to generate the values for thresholding and tolerance. In the download, there are several result images from testing, the script file, as well as a word document explaining how to use the program.
