Finds the active regions in the brain using stepwise clustering and noise removal and finally makes a correlation based network among them.

Hi,

There are INF array in the similarity matrix. This makes error and the program dose not work.
How can I solve the problem?

are there some codes show how we can apply fMRI data .img, .hdr or .nii on Neural Gas and Growing Neural Gas algorithm?

Could you please specify where to take the demo data used in the main.m file?

More specifically, it is loaded in the read_preprocessed_data.m:
