Create a dynamically user-resizable rectangle similar to the imrect() included in the image processing toolbox, except built using standard components. By using standard graphic components you can easily modify the rectangle properties like the appearance and right-click behavior.

IMRECT2 has been updated to work with MATLAB R2016b. The original version relied on rbbox, which has issues in 2016. The update now uses only line elements, similar to getrect() included with MATLAB.
