Box-whisker plot with jittered outliers to improve visibility of the outliers

Myboxplot was created to jitter the outliers of a box-whisker plot. I found that viewing a typical outlier plot, that one could not determine how many outliers there were. So the solution was to create a random variable to offset the symbols by a variable amount to facilitate viewing the data.
