The following are contained in this submission:

1. evapSimNew.slx - the Simulink model of the Newell-Lee forced-circulation evaporator system.
2. runEvapSim.m - a script that designs input excitation signals, and then runs evapSimNew.
3. visEvap.m - a script that plots the data sets.
4. datasets.mat - contains the exact training data and validation data sets used in Ref. [3].

The evaporator system is simulated from a system of 3 ODEs, adopted from Ref. [1]-[2], and then described in Ref. [3]. The files in this submission are exactly the ones used in the case study in Ref. [3].
