A simple chip load calculator where you provide some needed parameters such as feedrate, number of flutes of the cutting bit, and spindle rotation and its returned the chip load value and a graph showing where this calculated value is in comparison with acceptable range for the current working material and bit diameter.
Some feature the calculator have:
* Working material this tool covers: hardwood, plywood, mdf, soft plastic and hard plastic;
* You can work in both metric and imperial unit system;
* The generated graph displays chip loads for other feedrates so you can see how far you are from the more reliable parameters to fit into the chip load interval.
* You can export the entire GUI as high quality image;
