Real Numbers to HMMs?

Hi All,

I am rather new to matlab and more specifically to Kevin Murphy's HMM toolbox. I have real number data in excel files and I just want to convert that data to probablistical data may be through HMM's. Can matlab convert real number to HMMs? If so how?

I shall be very grateful if someone can point me in the right direction.
