Hello Abhishek,
To extract and store pixel values for each grid in an image, you can divide the image into smaller blocks or grids and then iterate over each block to collect the pixel values. Here's how you can do it in MATLAB.
  1. Load the Image: Read the image into MATLAB.
  2. Define Grid Size: Specify the size of each grid (e.g., 10x10 pixels).
  3. Iterate Over Grids: Loop over the image, extracting pixel values for each grid.
  4. Store Pixel Values: Save the pixel values for each grid in a cell array or a similar data structure.
I hope this helps!
