Reading a 128 bit array into simulink (not from workspace)

Hello, I am stuck with reading in a 128 byte array with the information of a profibus DP signal from my embedded controller (beckhoff PLC) into simulink. I can read in such a file from the workspace, but I can not define an imput block that I can link afterwards. Is there a block? The source block can read in a lot of values, but only numerical (int, uint, bool, ...).
