Hybrid Equation Toolbox VS Stateflow

Hi all,

I have just noticed that there is a Hybrid Equation Toolbox for Matlab. On the other hand, in newer version of Stateflow it is possible to incude continuous-time dynamics in the discrete states. Hence, both are used for modeling and simulate hybrid systems, and therefore it is quite natural to ask what is the difference in the two tools. Any hints? Pros and cons of one each other?
