how to control a stepper motor wiht NI PCI6220M?

I have stepper motors and a driver from Oriental Motor. PK564PMA and CRK564PMAP. Also I use NI PCI 6220M card. Has anyone used the same configuration? If so, I need to help to program Matlab for this system. Thanks.
