Hey, am a beginner with Matlab, i need a source code that could help me divide my 2-level haar decomposed image into different images blocks, each sub-band should be divide into different blocks.

You might check the FAQ, or check out qtdecomp() (quadtree decomposition) in the Image Processing Toolbox.
