Using REFPROP Subroutine in MATLAB

I am working on a small project where I have to calculate 'Pressure vs Shaft Rotation' plot for CO2 compressor. The governing equation is in the differential form. So i would like to know, how to use or call a subroutine to calculate derivatives like (dP/dT)v=const. P, T v, are pressure, temp.,and volume resp. or (dh/dv)t=const etc.
I have downloaded following files from www.boulder.nist.gov: refpropm.m, rp_proto.m, rp_proto64.m, REFPRP64_thunk_pcwin64.dll, REFPRP64.DLL,
Also I have refpropm.f90 file kept in refprop folder.
I am getting an error about .msi file. I tried to resolve it from solution on the nist website, but couldn't succeed. I have REFPROP and MATLAB 7.
Please help me with this.

Hi Dnyanesh,
Did you have any luck with this issue? I have not figured out how to run REFPROP from the matlab script.
