error s-function doesn't exist

Hi all
I am trying to connect adams with matlab simulink and adams output is s-function is must use in matlab simulink but when I treid to run simulink I got error "s function does not exist" I am using matlab 2013 64 on windows 7 x64 I found this link how to install windows sdk 7.1 and I followed steps http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/101105-how-do-i-install-microsoft-windows-sdk-7-1
but the error still happened so I tried to use any s function example without connect with adams like example in these links: http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/13438-file-io-c-s-function-example
or any project contains s-function error still happened !!!!
I don't know how to solve this error ,any help???
Note: I am using : adams student edition 2013.2 , matlab R2013 64bit , visual studio 2010 professional , windows 7 x64

Did you run the MEX command to compile the S-function? If there was an error, please paste the message.
