Unable to open network port for MMS stream.

I'm running the code shown on the doc center page "Transmit Audio and Video Content Over Network" and I'm getting "Error using VideoFileWriter/step. Unable to open network port for MMS stream." I'm running it from within Win 7 SP1 MatLab 8.3. How should I fix this?
