I have a series of 1D arrays, consisting of measurements taken at equally spaced distances (measured in kilometers). What I'm trying to do is to calculate the correlation coefficients for these arrays (or for even just one of them to begin with). But I'm getting no luck so far. After calculating these coefficients I'll then be using them to calculate correlation lengths.
Any help would be gratefully appreciated

You should be able to combined your 1D arrays (i.e. vectors) into a matrix, and then use the coercoef() command to calculate all the pairwise correlations.
doc coercoef
for details.
