2p variable local restriction does not work

Hi.

I am using a Simulink Simscape model which has a few variable local restrictions in 2p domain.

The problem comes when this restriction is fully closed (just keeping a leak of 1e-10). The system does not work as expected.

Has anyone experience the same concern using a variable restriction in a 2p model?
